well I have 2 mopars that need swapped. When can your brother get me a hemi lol...
Lookin good!! This is a sweet project. Are you probably gonna be done by spring?
late spring is what i'm hoping for. Then I need to start gathering viper engine parts and hemi parts.
so the front subframe needs to come out of the car next to fix some rust issues.
Mopar = no car. Cause it broke.
Tyler here is a stock replacement Wade found. Says $1035 shipped.
I think that would be the same amount of work as fixing the k member
Up to you. However you want to tackle it, can do.
once you get this roof thing figured out we will go from there lol
So it went up to ortiz's to sit in a barn with no heat, a hole in the roof, and not get finished.
What at was the point of that again?
We just put different wheels on it. Duh, look at the picture vs his sig.
Also it doesnt look like the hood closes anymore, you know, more airflow for the motor... you guys should just cut a really shitty hole in the hood
I decoded my body code today.
Decode of your 1968 Camaro Trim Tag:
12= December, 1967, the month car was built.
D= Fourth week of the month.
12437= 2 door coupe body style.
NOR= Vehicle was assembled at the Norwood, Ohio assembly plant.
63882= Unique body sequence number assigned at the assembly plant.
730= Deluxe Parchment bucket seat interior.
R = Matador Red lower body paint color.
2= Black vinyl top upper body color.
DANG, got dem delux seats!
I figured it had a vinyl top at some point in it's life.
I hate vinyl tops
well I didn't pay attention when I took the A arms off that it had generic Chinese bolts holding the front end together. Because they don't have a pointed end its basically impossible to get the bolt through the hole.
so today I order the correct hardware and a new rear brake line and some other misc stuff. another 200 doll hairs gone lol
This turn into a for sale thread yet?
