I'm looking to get a set of muffler delete pipes made up for the CTS V, who knows of a good exhaust shop? Cheaper the better but I definitely value quality first and foremost. I'm on the west side but I'm willing to drive across town for the right shop. Thanks guys

Take the cats out and leave the mufflers in.

They're actually pretty tame with just a muffler delete on a stock exhaust. I'm just looking for the simplest option right now to make it sound better, I'll be getting longtubes and full exhaust eventually. Taking cats out lights up the dashboard and possible tuning/drivability issues..

Leave the mufflers alone, wait until you do long tubes. The stock mufflers are good with the cats out. Aftermarket exhaust with catless headers is really fuckin loud and drones. Aftermarket exhaust with cat delete pipes sounds like bags of dicks banging on a trash can. Headers to stock mufflers is the combo to use.

Ideally I'd have them make a new set of pipes and still keep the stock mufflers intact for later use. Are there pipes available to replace the cats? Or would that be something I'd need to have made? I've only had this thing since last Friday so I haven't had a chance to get all the way under it

I know a few people that have used Main Street muffler, one in indy on east side and one in greenfield.

High end I bet FatFab down near Martinsville cold whip something up

B&B sells cat delete pipes. You could probably pull the cats and cut them out for some straight pipe for much cheaper.

I went to Ralph's muffler in Avon. They did good work and it only cost $185 including some mangaflow tips. I was able to keep the stock muffers in tact if I want to use them in the future. The pipes they made sound good, I'm happy with it.

Yes for a V2. It probably won't be until next winter that I get a full exhaust for it

It's gotten a 4.5" intake and a flex fuel tune since the exhaust post. Lots more in the near future but for now focusing on rebuilding the turbo busa into a 500+hp monster
