It's official...the Next Fast & Furious Movie has been given a greenlight & a title..."Fast Five!"

These car/action movies are unabashed thrill rides, not serious meditations on life or Oscar bait...they are filmic, adrenaline escape for 90 minutes featuring Badass cars & scenic vapid, Hot Girls! With the two leads back, Diesel & Walker, I'm sure that the producers & director will make....another great car movie!

As a car guy, I wonder what the main characters' cars will be on the next movie? I Think that the new Nissan GT-R, maybe the Lexus LFA...maybe the 5th gen. AWD Turbo Eclipse for some of the imports! New Camaro, Challenger & Mustang shelby for new domestics...

Universal Returns to the Fast and the Furious Franchise with Fast Five

February 3rd, 2010

"Vin Diesel and Paul Walker reunite for the fifth film in the popular franchiseIn a story from Variety, Universal Pictures is filling up for another Fast & Furious. The title for this one is being called Fast Five.

The studio has inked deals with Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, director Justin Lin and producer Neal Moritz to come back to the franchise.

Diesel and Walker were not in the third installment in the series but came back for last year's fourth installment. The Fast & Furious was the biggest moneymaker in the franchise. It was also Universal's top grosser of 2009. It took in more than $350 million worldwide.

Chris Morgan is penning Fast Five. This will be the third time he and Lin have gotten together for a Fast & Furious film. The new story finds stars Dom (Diesel) and Brian (Walker) as fugitives that are being chased by legendary lawmen.

The film will shoot in late 2010 and is planned for a 2011 release." - MovieWeb

lol to you. and i like the movies, very unrealistic but most of the cars are pretty cool

i hope they have nice cars gud body kitz n very arrow dinamic wings on fast carz.
the last 4 movies have been my favorite so this one should be good to i think but
i gues we will have to see. i hoep they have a supra with a 3" exhaust in it it would
sound good on tv i think ok.

I will say that I hate these movies for what they have done for the car scene, but i know I am going to check this out

If anything its always comical and the quotes are great.

ok ive desided that them comin out with number 5 sequal has inspired me
to buy 5 different decals for my supra. each one of them has a special
importance to me like one for the hood is a skull cuz death represents
the end, and then i have tribal cuz well i'm not indian but i want to
show support for them peoples and then some other stuff that should
really bring out the beauty in this beast . if neone wants pix on request
i can take them but i dont want anybody to copy my ideas pleese and thx.
if i could share a secret with u guys i plan to send these pix in to fast and
furious producers and im pretty sure theyal pick my supra to be in the movie
cuz its very unique and is pretty fast and can do burnouts like craaaazy
when i dump it from neutral to drive its pretty crazy i like it but ...
neway, just wanted to say thx again for all the support n luv u guys show me

ps. ill be in the firetruck lanes in frunt of amc movie theeter on this release
nite so u guys can see my freshly installed LED windshielf wiper fluid squirters.

Yup I'll be there on opening night as well.. the entertainment in the movie theater parking lots is always fun at least, memorable quotes as well

Paul Walker ruined these movies for me, one of the worst actors ever (next to Channing Tatum). I think that's why I liked Tokyo Drift the most.
