I know there are some people on here playing it and I have yet to see a thread lol. I know mmmz is online, anyone else?

This is the first COD game I have gotten and that being said I sucked at the beginning but am getting to the point where I can go about 10-5 in a game, still not that good but getting better.

i'm going to pick up a copy on the way home tonight, I watched some vids on youtube and thats all I can think about now.

10-5? weak, my average on COD4 MW was like 25-3

I'm torn...I know if I buy it I won't stop playing it and will probably fail all of my upcoming finals LOL

But at the same time, I really, really want to play it!

lol it is definitely addicting. I havn't been this excited to go home and play a video game in a long time.

If you hate fps, then don't get it I guess but this multiplayer seems more tactical than anything else. On games like Halo thats all I did was run around and shoot but this game you gotta stop and look before you do anything. I have not seen very many kids who are at least trying, running around like that as much as I did in halo at least.

The old CoD4 the lower new00b levels had people just running around, but if you got up to the harder prestige levels you had to be smart and work as a team or else your ass will get sniped, run over by a tank, and get stabbed in the back, all within 20 seconds.

Exactly why I haven't gotten it yet, haha...probably going to wait until xmas break. Forza 3 will keep me busy enough through finals.

Thats the only one I played. So yeah thats probably why I had that experience. Although, I think at this point theres only one pretend army man game for me lol.

Got it and tried Hardcore on the second night against a team where all of them had the cold-blooded perk. I didn't get a single kill or even see a single opponent. I hate that game so much.

Complaints:

- Beat it in less than 20 hours on Veteran mode.
- Flaky AI for opponents: You don't know where your opponents are until you're half dead.
- Not many guns, or just the same guns with different attachments.
- Slow multiplayer movement. Posting up to shoot someone who has three times the achievements you do with 6x the accuracy is frustrating, and simply not fun.

If people are buying this game for the multiplayer, there's way better options, don't waste your money/time.

Picked up Assassins Creed II lastnight. Hopefully $60 payed off this time, cause MW2 wasn't worth that.

Slow multiplayer ranking??? I'm like lvl 29 or something in 8hrs-9hrs.

Single player is short for sure though, I have only played regular and recruit and beat both under 4hrs each watching all the skipable cinematics.

Someone got their feelings hurt in multiplayer... you only get shoved around for maybe the first hour, after that you get attachments and bam, right up in there.

I'm only 10hrs in and level 38-39.
