Since you'll be cutting off your own balls, I would think drinking heavily before proceeding would help. Good Luck.

Both motors are all aluminum. One is a 4 cylinder, one is a 8 cylinder. And I know for a fact that the S2k trans is super light, a T56 is big, bulky and isn't light at all.
Posts like this sound better with actual numbers.

An LSX weighs about 410 (fully dressed just under 500), the T56 weighs 125. I found sites saying 326-386 for the S2000 bare engine. I'm not sure what the tranny weighs or what it weighs fully dressed, but it's definitely not half the weight.

LS2,3,7,9 engines use CAN-BUS.

I just use common sense.

Ok, maybe it isn't half the weight, but it's a considerable amount lighter than the LSx combo.

Not that it really matters much, the V8 has a ton more torque to adequately offset the increase weight....hahaha

a little lightweight aerodynamic s2000 will get awesome gas mileage with an LS1/T56k. I would guess it could hit 35mpg on the highway easy

Inside one? Yes, but not running, from what I know..

Kinda funny about people saying "it ruins weight distribution!!"

My car is almost a perfect 50/50 with the LQ swap..

This guy was at the Terre Haute Auto-x last weekend and he has a LS1 swapped into his shit, im in the passenger seat.. This thing HAULED around the track..

Oh yeah, since its a 240Z, he claimed it weighed in at around 2300 lbs....
