Just installed longtube's and gear's on 98 ls1 formula and looking for someone to do a street tune cant quite afford the $3-400 for a full dyno tune right now. Let me know if anyone can do it.

My advice is to wait to get a tune when you have some more mods on the car.
I like to walk around in public reading the bible...
... occassionally mumbling, "that's bullshit."
Actually just picked up the car gotta fix a broken header bolt now. Do you guy's no how necessary a crank shaft relearn would be after switching out the crank sensor may be a dumb question but I am new to these car's and pretty much modding all together.
Its done on a TechII usually, but I think HPTuners, et. al, can do it too. With the TechII the menus should just walk you through the procedure. IIRC, on a Tech II it can be found under the Diagnostics Menu + Special Functions... not 100% sure on that though.
You usually would do this when installing a new crank sensor, crank, ect.
There is a member on there that has a techII tool also....he might be able to help you out, dunno. Screen name is Mjakaz00Daytona. I know he was trying to sell it to me at one time....so my guess is he still has it.

i have tuned several bone stock cars (ls cars) and all of them went atleast .3 faster. so yes a tune is worth it even on a stock car. p.m. me and we cam work something out on a tune if you want.
