    Thumbs down Clean Reflections Review

I found out about Clean Reflections mobile detailing here on this website actually. I was really impressed with other vehicles he had completed. I signed up and had my Infiniti FX 35 completed almost 2 weeks ago. Upon arrival the car was in the garage and looked really good. I was really happy with it. I paid my fee and was on my way. As I was driving down the road I noticed smudges all over my front windshield.. okay I thought, ya know it's really hard to clean the windshield I know that.. But then remembered that my car was there for about 72 hours and thought I paid a lot of money to have this "Ultimate Package"cleaned it shouldn't be like this. Got home and my Trunk was still unvacuumed. Clearly in my package was my car suppose to be cleaned from head to toe or so I thought. I know it wasn't a Ferrari, BMW or Maserati and probably wasn't as fun to work on. But come on if you don't want to work on anything but high end cars then don't accept them. I contacted the owner/detailer about the windshield and trunk being ignored and he quickly wrote that he would give me a $10 dollar refund. I was pretty unimpressed, but said ok and he said he would send it asap. Well 2 weeks have went by and no refund. The main issue here is the poor attention to detail that was performed on my car to forget to clean the trunk area and the obvious lack of concern that his client wasn't satisfied. The Package and customer service I received was far from Ultimate.

That's too bad! Moving to the appropriate forum. Sounds like you have done everything right and this vendor hasn't followed up yet. Keeping open so hopefully you will get the attention you deserve.

Adam seems to have quite a following, and I'm sure it's hard to keep up with such a busy and high demand business! I have a few e-mail in to him at the moment about detailing some of my rides, but haven't heard back yet...but still he'll get my call

Oh, and by the way - make a new user thread and WELCOME to IndyCarz!

I hate to hear that you were unhappy with the service. I had two of my cars done by Adam and he did an amazing job. I would definitely take them to him again and recommend him to anyone.

and you think this is because you drive an Infiniti....why?
I've seen his work, a B5 S4 (most likely older and market value a lot less than a FX), but was insanely clean.

    Default Infiniti detail

Like I said before the outside did look really good when I saw it. It was the fact that their were window smudges on my windshield and the trunk being forgotten that frustrated me. I paid a lot of money and was looking forward to a clean vehicle, but was let down that he didn't have a system to make sure that everything that is included the package was completed. I understand my experience was probably rare - but I just wanted to write a review.

Friends of mine and myself had a lot of cars done by Adam, he is a great guy and never had any problem.

I am sorry to hear your situation ...

    Default Clean reflections review

Yes 100% serious I received a $10 dollar refund for a job that I paid $340 for. Very disappointing, but wasn't sure what else I could do except write an honest review on this website where I found Adam -Clean Reflections.

If you need swirls removed from your car or want *MINOR* scratches removed from the paint he can do that. I still have scratches in my paint that I thought could be removed but weren't. When I was in college and borrowed my parents Lincoln LS for a couple months while they were on vacation I took it to the Sparkle car wash on 82nd street in Castleton and I can Honestly say they did a comparable job and it only cost me around $100 dollars.

Also I noticed my car's "ultimate detail" pictures were never loaded on this website, I wonder if thats due to him just not posting them yet or if it's because he realized he didn't really put much effort into my vehicle's ultimate detail.

i know he has posted several times that he is swamped with school so give it time, im pretty sure he did those mustangs a while ago and he just got them online, seems like a pretty good dude an even offering he might have made a mistake is more then a good chunk of businesses today, is that right? no but sadly its all to common in todays businesses. if i had something worthy of taking to him i would in a heart beat

I don't think the OP really cares about $10 or that he received it, that would have pissed me off more. Thats not even a 3% refund. I would have offered to have him swing the car by again any time and give it a good wax job.
In the companies defense they did try to make it right and it sounds like they do great work over all.
